Venue

FOGA 2025 will be held at the new Gorleaus building, Einsteinweg 55, 2333 CC Leiden, The Netherlands. The university is located near the centre of Leiden, providing easy access to various transport options.

First Arrival

When arriving by train: From Leiden Central Station, you can take a bus or a short walk to the new Gorleaus building. Detailed instructions on reaching the campus will be provided closer to the conference date.

Rooms

All of FOGA will take place on the first floor. Follow the FOGA signs in the Gorleaus building.

Financial Travel Support

Young Researcher and Innovator Conference Grant

Researchers attending FOGA 2025 may apply for financial travel support through the Young Researcher and Innovator Conference Grant. Below are the details for eligibility and application:

• Applicants must be under the age of 40
• Applicants must have an accepted paper at FOGA 2025
• Primary affiliation must be with a legal entity located in a COST Full/Cooperating Member or Near Neighbour Country (NNC). Refer to the Country and Organisations Table for details.
